General information about our holiday apartments in Scena
- The prices listed are for 2 and 4 people per day and apartment. For each additional person in the apartment there is a day rate of € 20.00.
- Municipal residence taxes (local taxes) are 2.80 € per person and are charged separately. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from paying local taxes.
- For stays of less than 7 nights, we charge a one-time cleaning fee of €35.
- Apartments are available from 14.00 on the day you are due to arrive. Please come to the Hotel Schlosswirt to collect keys.
- On the day you are due to depart we would ask that you vacate your apartment by 10.00. Your final bill will be calculated in Hotel Schlosswirt.
- A booking is only binding when reservation has been confirmed by both parties in writing. For a definite reservation, we require a deposit of 20 % of the full amount.
- The day rate for dogs is 12.00 € - feed not included
- NONE of our apartments have a dish washer or washing machine
- Our Residence "Zur Linde" has NO elevator
