Culinary well-being begins with the best ingredients. The attentive manner in which we nurture people is reflected in our cuisine too. Fresh and seasonal produce, the highest quality and regionality whenever possible. Almost all of our produce comes solely from local and regional businesses, or from the hands of local farmers.
As per the maxim “taste is the art of understand the little things”, careful and attentive preparation of meals here in our restaurant in Scena is part of the philosophy that our team of chefs have long adopted.

Our head chef “Mischi” embodies this wise saying. He trained at a hotel management college in his home country, Hungary and it was there that he discovered his passion for cheffing. He worked his way up to professional level in various kitchens, with his expertise shaped by his many and varied experiences. At Lake Balaton in Hungary, in Austria and in Siusi allo Sciliar. Every post has made his passion for providing exceptional food one chapter the richer.
Mischi has been working in our kitchen since 1993, and since 2019 has been Chef de Cuisine. 30 years of experience, of gathering expertise and an enthusiasm that comes from the heart. You get to enjoy all that in our restaurant in Scena as you are whisked away into a world of flavour experiences.
