We are surrounded by cable cars that hoist you up into cooler spheres in the summer and into piste fun in the winter. Get to the starting point for your hike or bike tour in comfort, or just head for a mountain inn to enjoy some culinary indulgence. Jump aboard and enjoy a sense of exhilaration.

Many of the opportunities available are right beneath your feet on the Schlosswirt doorstep. 225 kilometres of variety-packed hiking paths are waiting for you to discover step by step in Merano and the surrounding area. Leisurely Waalweg paths by the babbling water, lush Alpine paths between slopes of Alpine roses, view-filled altitude paths, tricky steep mountain paths and challenging summit tours.
